Privacy Policy

Details you give us. When you send a request, sign up or book a lesson through a form on this site, we receive your name, phone number and email, your message, and what you chose on the page — for example the instrument, the lesson length and the plan. When you sign up, you may also tell us who will study (you or your child) and the student’s age.

Details collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and how you got to them. We use Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service, which sets cookies and records how visitors use the pages — clicks, scrolling and form interactions (session replay).

• to answer your request and arrange lessons, a trial class or a call back;
• to run your enrollment: schedules, invoices and reminders about classes;
• to understand which pages are useful and improve the site;
• to protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising. Your details are seen by the school’s staff and teachers who need them to work with you.

We also rely on a few service providers that process data on our behalf: the company that hosts this website and Yandex, which provides web analytics. They may use the data only to provide their services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep requests and student records while you study with us and for as long as we need them for our records and legal obligations, then delete them. If you sent a request but did not enroll, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Many of our students are children, and we expect a parent or guardian to fill in the forms for them. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details without a parent’s consent, contact us and we will delete them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to musicschool@talents.school. We will answer within 30 days.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will keep working; your visits will simply not be counted in our analytics.

The site works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to requests and student records is limited to school staff. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
