Our lessons can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes long, depending on your experience level and personal goals.

Creativity Development
Playing the violin, especially in the virtuosic style associated with advanced left-hand technique, enhances creative abilities that can be applied in any area of life. Regular violin practice strengthens the imagination, develops mental flexibility, increases intellectual capacity, and sharpens intuition.
Academic Achievements
When playing the violin, performers execute numerous rapid and precise movements with the fingers of the left hand, which stimulate brain activity, particularly in the right hemisphere responsible for information synthesis and creativity. Research by various scientists indicates that children who engage in musical training for approximately three years often surpass their peers in at least four areas: auditory perception, motor skills, vocabulary development, and logical thinking.
Socializing and Self-Expression
At Minnesota’s Talent School, you not only enjoy the beauty of sound produced by vibrating strings, but also develop a refined musical ear, improve left- and right-hand coordination, and enhance artistic and emotional expressiveness. You also have the opportunity to become part of our chamber string ensemble or apply your skills in a full-scale orchestra.
We offer private violin and viola classes for students starting from age of 4 years old. For the younger kids, we offer group classes.
Regarding the cello and double bass classes, in most cases, we recommend starting at the age of 10 years old due to the size of the instrument.
It’s never too late to start playing the string instruments, we welcome first-time students of any age. To meet our students needs and abilities, we tailor our classes individually for each person. All you need is motivation!
